We are happy to accept all returns placed through the website within 30 days of you receiving your order if there is anything you are not happy with. You will be responsible for the shipment and payment of the return. When returning your order, please clearly mark it with your full name and order number. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

Please email us at hello@elimack.co.uk to start your return, within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will get back to you with return address details.

Faulty / Damaged Items: 

Orders are always packed carefully so to arrive in perfect condition but if your order arrives damaged, or if there is any other problem with your order, then please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.
